Russ sits at the head of the class.
“The word ‘realistic’ puts these parameters and boundaries into where you can go. I’m not into that,” he explains. “You should live limitless. When people say ‘that’s not realistic,’ often times it’s them projecting their own fears. Just because it’s a dream that hasn’t happened yet, there’s no results yet, doesn’t mean it’s unrealistic.”
Though the DIY king stood triumphant as Forbes’ featured nominee, there were plenty of other musicians holding it down on the list. Post Malone, 21 Savage, Lil Pump, Juice WRLD, Billie Ellish, Jessie Reyez, Bad Bunny, Camila Cabello, Rico Nasty, and more were deemed worthy of inclusion by judges Boi 1da, Marshmello, and Molly DeWolf Swenson.
